WhatsApp & Loyalty Automation
In many markets, customers read WhatsApp far more than email. Set up right, this channel both lowers support load and brings the second order — set up wrong, it becomes intrusive and your number gets blocked.

Who this service is for
- «Customers message us on WhatsApp and we answer one by one.»Once order status and shipping questions are automated, the support team has time for the real questions.
- «Our email open rate is low.»In many markets, WhatsApp read rates are well above email. The same message, a different channel.
- «People who buy once never buy again.»Bringing in a second order costs far less than bringing in the first — but it doesn't happen by itself.
What's included
Official channel, verified business profile and message template approvals.
Order confirmation, shipping info and delivery notification. Takes care of the biggest item in support load.
Automated reminders for cart abandoners and customers who haven't ordered in a long time.
Points, tiers or exclusive access — whichever suits the category.
Sending to an opted-in list, by segment. Not bulk sending.
Consent flow, opt-out path and complaint tracking. Keeping the number from being blocked is a technical discipline.
How we work
The official channel
API, verified profile and template approvals. A line run from a personal number doesn't scale.
Transactional first
Order and shipping notifications first: the most useful and least intrusive messages.
The second order
Win-back and loyalty setups only open once the transactional side is settled.
On this channel, consent isn't a technical requirement; it's a commercial asset. Once a number is blocked, it doesn't easily get through again.
What we measure
The share of messages sent that are actually read. This is the channel's real strength.
Order revenue coming through or triggered by WhatsApp.
The share of requests resolved without ever reaching the support team.
These two numbers set the frequency limit.

Which tools we use
Every account is opened in your name and the licenses are yours. When we part ways, the tools and the data stay where they are.
Frequently asked questions
Can't we just run it from our personal number?
It works at small scale, then hits a wall: no template sends, no automation, several people can't reply at the same time, and the number can get blocked for bulk sending. The official API solves all three problems at once.
Will customers be annoyed?
Transactional messages hardly ever bother anyone; the real risk is in marketing sends. That's why we set frequency by watching block and opt-out rates, and we never send to lists without consent. The channel's value ends the day it's abused.
Who pays the setup costs?
WhatsApp's per-message charges and the solution provider subscription are outside the partnership fee and are billed directly to your account. We take no commission on them; setup and management are within scope.

WhatsApp & Loyalty can also be done as a standalone project: clear scope, clear timeline, no 12-month commitment. In a full partnership, it runs alongside the other work your brand needs, handled by the same team. We decide together on the discovery call which suits you.
