CRO & Analytics
Traffic is bought, conversion is built — and the second is cheaper. We run a systematic testing program that gets more revenue out of the same traffic.

Who this service is for
- «The numbers in our dashboards don't match.»If tracking is broken, every decision made on it is broken too. The first job is here; testing comes after.
- «There's traffic, but no sales.»Every step between traffic and sales is a potential leak. Which one you lose at is something you can measure.
- «We've run out of ideas except raising the ad budget.»A lift in conversion always costs less than the same lift in budget.
What's included
GA4, tag management and server-side event delivery. A metric you can't make a decision on doesn't go in the report.
The loss at every step from view to payment. This is where you see where it gets stuck.
A hypothesis-driven test order that starts with the biggest leak.
The impact of speed and interface issues on conversion is measured, then fixed.
Where the most expensive loss happens: the intent is there, the transaction isn't completed.
Not a data dump; what was learned and what's changing.
How we work
Accurate data
The analytics setup is put through its paces; a metric you can't make a decision on doesn't go in the report.
Hypotheses compete
We start with the biggest leak; every test proves or buries a hypothesis.
Lasting gains
The winning variant becomes the standard; the gains compound like interest.
A 20% lift in conversion rate is always cheaper than a 20% lift in ad budget.
What we measure
Read together with traffic quality; a rate looked at without separating the two is misleading.
How many of the tests run produced a meaningful result. If it's low, the hypotheses are weak.
The gap between orders shown in the dashboard and real orders. This gets closed first.
Changes that raise conversion but lower basket size look like wins but write losses.
What you get
- Tracking audit reportWhat's being measured wrong and the order of fixes.
- Leak mapHow much is lost at each step of the funnel.
- Test queueUpcoming hypotheses, ordered by expected impact.
- Monthly decision reportWinning variants and the changes applied.
Which tools we use
Every account is opened in your name and the licenses are yours. When we part ways, the tools and the data stay where they are.
Frequently asked questions
How many tests do you run a month?
As many as the traffic allows. Running too many tests at once muddles the results; we order them by impact and let each test run until it reaches a meaningful result.
Is our traffic enough for A/B testing?
At low traffic, a classic A/B test won't give results for weeks. In that case, instead of chasing small percentages, we measure bigger changes and give more weight to qualitative data — session recordings, heatmaps and customer feedback.
Is tracking still reliable after the iOS updates?
Not on the browser side alone. That's why we set up server-side event delivery and regularly compare the ad dashboards with real orders. We never make a decision based on a single dashboard's number.

Checkout abandonment: where DTC brands lose the sale
Roughly seven in ten carts never become orders. Some of that is window shopping, but a large part is caused by the checkout itself. The reasons shoppers give, and a practical order in which to fix them.
