Integrations & Automation
As orders grow, so does manual work — until one day the team has no time left to grow sales because it's busy processing orders. Integration is what breaks that curve.

Who this service is for
- «We export orders to Excel and send them to accounting.»Manual transfer is both slow and error-prone — and the error always shows up on the busiest day.
- «Stock ran out on the marketplace, but we kept selling on the site.»In multichannel selling, if stock isn't managed from one place, cancellations and penalties are inevitable.
- «We message every customer one by one about their shipment.»When notifications aren't automated, most of the support load is the question "where's my order?"
What's included
Orders, returns and invoices flowing automatically into the accounting system.
One true stock count across store, marketplaces and warehouse. Preventing overselling.
Label generation, tracking number transfer and customer notifications.
Two-way product, price, stock and order sync with marketplaces.
Repetitive tasks like tagging, segment assignment, low-stock alerts and the returns flow.
A setup that alerts you if an integration quietly stops one day. The most skipped item of all.
How we work
Mapping the flow
Every point where a hand touches the order, from entry to invoice, gets written down. Before automating, you need to make it visible.
Getting systems to talk
If a ready-made integration exists, we set it up; if not, we write a bridge. Every flow is tested with real data.
No silent failures
Every connection gets status checks and alerts. The most dangerous state of a broken integration is believing it works.
The goal of automation isn't fewer people; it's freeing people from fixing errors and getting them back to their real work.
What we measure
How many times an order passes through human hands. When it drops, that's capacity, directly.
The gap between stock in the system and stock in the warehouse.
Selling a product that's out of stock. Both a penalty and a hit to reputation.
The failed transfer rate and how long it takes to notice.
What you get
- Flow mapThe path an order follows from start to finish; which step is automatic and which is manual.
- Installed integrationsTested connections placed under monitoring.
- Alert setupWho gets notified, and how, when a flow stops.
- Operations noteA short guide your team can check when something goes wrong.
Which tools we use
Every account is opened in your name and the licenses are yours. When we part ways, the tools and the data stay where they are.
Frequently asked questions
Will it work with our current accounting software?
If the software has an API, it works; if not, a bridge needs to be written, which is separate development work. The first step is checking what your software allows — based on that, we either set up a ready-made integration or discuss the cost upfront.
What happens if an integration breaks one day?
We build it assuming it will break. Every flow has status checks and alerts; when a transfer fails, it doesn't pass silently — a notification goes out. In integration work, the real damage doesn't come from the failure but from the failure going unnoticed for weeks.
How many channels can you connect at once?
We don't set a technical upper limit, but we don't recommend connecting them all at once. Each channel brings its own rules; opening them one by one and stabilizing each is faster than opening all at once and hunting for the channel that broke your stock.
