A touchstone — mihenk taşı in Turkish — is the hard, black stone jewelers use to test the karat of gold. The gold is rubbed on the stone, and the streak it leaves is placed next to alloys of known karat; if the colors match, the karat is clear. The four colors you see on this site come from those four alloys.
For us, that's the first month of working together: for the first time, we put what the brand says, what it sells and what the customer understands on the same table.
We measure your brand not by what it says about itself, but by where it actually stands in its category.
Which channel says what, where does the karat slip, where should you start? That's what you walk away with at the end of the discovery call.
You do what you know best: making things. Getting the product directly to end customers is a completely different expertise. We build and run your entire digital sales line for you, from brand identity to the checkout screen. On a separate page, we explain step by step how we build your own brand without upsetting your distributors.
Each stage maps to one or more of the twenty-seven services in our catalog. Call us in for a single job or for the whole line; we're glad to do either.
Distributor conflicts, operations, pricing, your first collection… We've answered everything you might be wondering on our page for manufacturers.
From brand strategy to store setup, from ads to account protection. We're here for a single job too: a logo, a store build, a disabled account. But because these jobs are connected, we mostly work in full partnerships. We decide together on the discovery call which suits you.
Everything starts with one question: who is this brand? Until the answer is clear, ads and content both amplify the wrong thing — which is why this is our first stop.
The ground your brand stands on. If the store is slow, the back office messy or orders processed by hand, growing gets a little more expensive every month.
Once the brand is clear, it's time to find customers. With these seven services you see clearly where your budget goes and what it earns you.
Once you know what to say, the next step is saying it every day with the same care. If production falters, even the best strategy stays on paper.
The side that turns visitors into customers and first orders into second ones. The cheapest growth hides here, because you're talking to people who already know you.
As a brand grows, it meets two new headaches: accounts getting disabled and others using its name. Either can stop sales overnight; we're with you on both.
The first obstacle to selling abroad is often not marketing but the company. Stripe, Shopify Payments and some marketplaces require a company registered in a supported country; we handle that side from formation to annual filings so you can focus on selling.
Our catalog grew by 17 new services this year; the marked ones are new. To see them all one by one, head to the Services page →
Brands no longer grow from a single channel: the store is on one platform, part of the sales on marketplaces, customer conversations on WhatsApp, ads across three different dashboards. That's why we expanded the catalog — so you don't have to split every job across different agencies.
Getting your brand mentioned in ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity answers: visibility audit, technical fixes and citation building.
Choosing and setting up Stripe, PayPal, Klarna and card acquirers, including buy-now-pay-later options. Winning back orders lost at checkout.

View→ 06TikTok Ads and TikTok Shop: driving demand with creative made in the platform's own language.
View→ 07Multi-market storefronts, Amazon setup, international shipping and payment flows.
View→You can take the new services in two ways as well: as a standalone project or within a partnership. If you're a partner, we decide together which ones to activate based on your brand's needs.
The development team that built these storefronts and the team that will look after your brand work under the same roof; we don't outsource store builds. Every one is live and clickable. Rather than taking our word for it, step into a store and look around yourself.
These are store setup and development projects, not brand management cases; building a store and getting a brand's karat right are different jobs. You can see the numbers of stores we manage a little further down, straight from the dashboard. If you're curious about a store in the strip, we're happy to explain on the call exactly how much of it we did.
Today an e-commerce brand sells in four different places at once, and each has its own rules. Hand all four to four different agencies and your brand starts speaking with four different voices. We run all four with one voice.
The channel with the highest margin and the only one where customer data stays with you. Setup, speed, conversion and loyalty all happen here. The real job of the other three channels is ultimately to bring customers here.
It offers a ready-made crowd and, in return, takes a share of your margin and your relationship with the customer. Set up well, it becomes your fastest-growing channel; entered without a plan, it competes with your own store.
Where people first discover your brand: Meta, TikTok and content creators. A sale often starts here and ends on another channel, so judged on its own this channel never gets the credit it deserves.
The same product in a second market. The hard part isn't the product but the infrastructure: a store launched before currency, tax, shipping and returns are sorted out loses money. That's why we always start with a single market.
We don't open all four channels at once. We decide together which comes next by looking at your profit per order, because every new channel brings its own workload.

PayTRIt's not just translation that changes. In the UK, a sweater becomes a "jumper" and a cart a "basket"; in the US, sales tax is added at checkout, not in the price; without Klarna and SEPA in Germany, installments in Türkiye or mada in Saudi Arabia, checkout is left half-finished. We think through every one of these details when we build the store.
We're not praising ourselves here; every row is a behavior you can check. On the left, what's common in the industry; on the right, how we work. You can verify it without working with us — we explain how a little further down.
Now let's look at your numbers together.
Send an inquiryYou won't find glowing testimonials on our site; a sentence with no verifiable author doesn't tell you much. Instead, we open up ways for you to check for yourself. All before you sign, with no commitment.
We give you their numbers, you call. We don't sit in on the call and we don't tell you what to ask. You choose who to talk to as well; if we chose, it wouldn't mean much.
Not a screenshot — the account itself. You see spend, date range and number of sales together on one screen, because showing them separately is the best-known way to make a number look better than it is.
On the call, we open the revenue figures on this page together, straight from the Shopify dashboard. Uncropped screen, unfiltered date range. At our client's request the brand name stays hidden — the numbers don't.
See what kind of document we deliver before you sign. We send a real section with names removed — not just the cover, the content itself.
We send it right after the call so your lawyer has time to review it. There won't be a single clause you see for the first time on signing day.
None of this requires signing a contract first. We don't expect you to decide until you feel confident.
The team you meet on the discovery call is the team that works on your brand. We don't hand your work to someone you've never met; we take care of your brand ourselves.

Where we start depends on where your brand is struggling today. Most brands are in one of the three situations below; we find yours together in the first half hour of the discovery call.
If none of these three fits — everything is in place and you just need an extra pair of hands — we'll tell you that too. In that case there's no need for a partnership; we take on the work you need as a standalone project.

Shoppers no longer only type “best organic baby towel” into Google — they ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity, and get one paragraph back. What decides which brands are in it, and what you can do about it.
· 5 min read→ Cross-borderFor years, small parcels crossed borders with little or no duty. The United States ended that in August 2025, and since July 2026 the EU charges a €3 duty per item category on low-value parcels. Who loses, who gains, and what to change now.
· 4 min read→ ConversionRoughly seven in ten carts never become orders. Some of that is window shopping, but a large part is caused by the checkout itself. The reasons shoppers give, and a practical order in which to fix them.
· 4 min read→Of course. We deliver each of the twenty-seven services in our catalog on its own, as a project — for example a logo, a Shopify store setup or recovering a disabled ad account. These projects don't require a 12-month commitment, and because the scope is clear, we can discuss the price on the first call. A full partnership is a bit different: we take over your brand's digital side and run the work you need with the same team over the long term.
Because in a full partnership we don't sell the same package to everyone. The fee becomes clear after the discovery call, based on your brand's situation and needs — not because we're shy about numbers, but so we never quote you the wrong one. Fixed-scope work does have published prices: you'll find the US and UK company formation packages on their own pages.
This applies only to the full partnership. A brand doesn't settle in three months; even when the first results come early, a lasting perception takes six months to a year to form. The commitment is a promise on our side too: we dedicate our team's time to your brand for twelve months.
No, and we'd rather say so up front. If you meet an agency that guarantees results, be a little cautious. What we can promise is our method, experienced people doing the work themselves, and our track record. If you like, you can also speak directly with our current clients.
We might be; if so, we'll tell you on the first call before you ask. We don't have a one-brand-per-industry rule, because several brands can grow in the same category at the same time. But your positioning, creatives, data and strategy sessions never pass to another brand — that's written into our contract.
We dedicate the first month to handover and getting to know each other: we collect access, set up data and tracking, and take over running campaigns without interruption. Your ads don't stop during this time.
Mostly, yes. Our job is turning e-commerce brands that already sell into brands people actively choose. We don't limit ourselves to particular industries; what matters to us isn't your category but whether you're ready for the journey.
Standalone projects are priced per project: the scope is clear, so we can discuss the figure on the first call. For a full partnership we don't offer one-size-fits-all packages, so we can't quote a ready-made price — but we can explain exactly what drives it. That way you can roughly estimate where you stand before we talk.
Just the brand side, or your entire digital sales operation, from store setup to loyalty? How many of the twenty-seven services you need is the biggest factor in the price.
How many creatives, shoot days and videos per month? Strategy work is fixed; production scales with volume. We decide together how much you need.
A brand built from scratch and one with ten years of history to untangle don't take the same effort. The workload of the initial handover month carries into the first three months.
Ad spend and subscriptions for the tools you use (such as Shopify or Klaviyo) are not included in the partnership fee; they are paid directly from your account and we add no commission on top. If a shoot needs a location, talent or special equipment, we share the cost in writing upfront and get your approval.
