Privacy Policy
Here we explain what data we collect through the application form and site use, why we collect it and how we protect it. We've kept the legal language to a minimum — if any clause is unclear, you can ask at merhaba@mihenk.agency.
Data controller
This site and the application form are operated by Mihenk Brand Management ("Mihenk"). Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), Mihenk is the data controller. The company's legal name and registration details will be added to this section once incorporation is complete.

What data we collect
When you fill in the application form, we process the following information:
- Brand name and website address
- Average monthly revenue and marketing budget range
- Free-text answers you share about your brand
- A statement on whether you are a decision-maker
- Your email address for contact
In addition, standard server logs (IP address, browser information, time of access) are generated automatically from your browser for the technical operation of the site. The site does not currently use any separate analytics or ad tracking tool.
Why we collect this data
- To review your application and identify the right services for your brand
- To contact you for a discovery call
- To fulfill our legal obligations and be able to produce records when required
Your data isn't used for any other purpose, such as building a marketing list, and isn't sold.
Where your data is stored and who it's shared with
The application form is transmitted via a third-party form/email infrastructure provider; this provider acts only as technical infrastructure for forwarding the form to Mihenk and does not use your data on its own behalf. Outside the Mihenk team, your data is not shared with third parties unless legally required.
Even if your application doesn't go ahead, it's kept in our records for a reasonable period; if a partnership is formed, the data is processed for the duration of the contract and the legal retention period after it.
Your rights under the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you can contact us at merhaba@mihenk.agency to:
- Learn whether your data is being processed
- Request information about it if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose
- Know the third parties, in your country or abroad, to whom it is transferred
- Request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
- Request erasure or destruction when the legal conditions are met
