Who this service is for

  • «People search for our product but can't find us.»If there's search volume and you're not showing up, it's the cheapest lost traffic there is: the intent already exists.
  • «We have a Shopping campaign, but nobody touches the feed.»Shopping ad performance largely comes down to product feed quality; campaign settings come second.
  • «Money goes into Performance Max, and it's not clear where it ends up.»PMax transparency comes from setup: asset groups are separated, exclusions managed by hand, the channel breakdown reported separately.

What's included

01Account and measurement setup

Conversion tracking, value passing and enhanced conversions. An account that measures wrongly learns wrongly.

02Search campaigns

Keyword architecture, match types, negative list maintenance.

03Shopping and feed

Optimizing the title, image, category and attribute side of the product feed.

04Performance Max

Separating asset groups, exclusions and making the channel breakdown visible.

05YouTube and remarketing

Reach and reminder layers on top of the profitable core.

06Brand search protection

Defending your brand searches if competitors bid on them — and not wasting budget if they don't.

How we work

Tracking

Get the numbers right first

Conversion tracking and value passing are set up — an account that measures wrongly learns wrongly.

Capture

Intent campaigns

Search and Shopping gather the traffic closest to purchase.

Expansion

PMax and YouTube

Reach layers are added on top of the profitable core; budget is allocated according to the signal.

Meta sparks curiosity; Google captures the moment of decision. Managed by one team, the two budgets start to feed each other.

What we measure

CoverageNon-brand search share

How visible you are when someone who doesn't know you searches. This is where growth comes from.

CompetitionShopping impression share

In how many relevant searches your products appear; whether the losses are due to budget or rank.

CostCost per conversion

Broken down by campaign type — an average on its own is misleading.

TransparencyPMax channel breakdown

How the Performance Max budget splits across search, shopping and YouTube.

Frequently asked questions

Should we advertise on our own brand name?

If competitors bid on your name, yes; if they don't, usually no. We answer this by looking at the search results, not by assumption, and write the decision and its reasoning in the report.

Isn't Performance Max a black box?

Out of the box, largely yes. That's why we separate asset groups, manage exclusions by hand and report the channel breakdown separately. We don't leave budget in a campaign we can't see into.

Is a Google budget managed differently from Meta?

Yes. On Google you capture existing demand; on Meta you create demand. That's why the ceiling of a Google budget is set by your search volume; once you approach it, adding money raises costs, not revenue.

Take it on its own, or as part of a partnership.

Google Ads Management can also be done as a standalone project: clear scope, clear timeline, no 12-month commitment. In a full partnership, it runs alongside the other work your brand needs, handled by the same team. We decide together on the discovery call which suits you.
