Disabled Account Recovery
When your account is shut down, you have two questions: will it come back, and why was it shut down? Without solving the second, the first won't last — most accounts get shut down a second time for the same reason.

- Ongoing
- Depends on the case; preventive audit is ongoing
Who this service is for
- «Our ad account was shut down and revenue stopped.»It's an emergency and the clock is ticking. The first thing to do isn't to open a new account, it's to find the cause.
- «We appealed and got an automatic rejection.»An appeal isn't a plea, it's a file. When what was fixed isn't shown with evidence, rejection becomes automatic.
- «We haven't been shut down yet, but we're worried.»A preventive audit is both cheaper and faster than recovery. Verifications and asset distribution can be done in advance.
What's included
Finding out which it is — policy, payment, identity or associated assets. The notification rarely states the cause clearly.
An appeal process run through the official channel, with the right form, and followed up.
Fixing policy violations in creatives, landing pages and claim wording.
Completing business, domain and identity verifications.
Configuring Business Manager so that risk is spread out.
A policy review for accounts that haven't been shut down yet. This is the cheapest item.
How we work
What the cause really is
Ad history, creatives, landing page, payment and associated assets are read together. If the case is weak, we tell you on day one.
Right channel, right file
An appeal isn't a plea, it's a file: what was fixed is shown with evidence.
So it doesn't happen twice
Verifications are completed, assets aren't kept in one basket, risky wording is cleaned up.
Nobody can guarantee an account will come back — anyone who does isn't selling anything real. We tell you the strength of the case on day one, and if it's weak we don't take it on.
What we measure
The actual time from the day the file is opened to the platform's decision.
How many of the issues behind the shutdown were found and fixed. If zero were found, the diagnosis is incomplete.
The real test of recovery. An account that comes back but is shut down again three months later doesn't count as recovered.
Share of assets with business, domain and identity verification completed.
What you get
- Diagnosis reportCause of the shutdown and violations found, with evidence.
- Appeal fileDocuments submitted to the platform and the follow-up log.
- Fix listChanges made on the creative and page side.
- Immunity planThe structure and verification status that will prevent another shutdown.
Which tools we use
Every account is opened in your name and the licenses are yours. When we part ways, the tools and the data stay where they are.
Frequently asked questions
Do you guarantee the account will come back?
No — nobody can. The platform makes the decision. What we do is present the case in its strongest form and genuinely remove the cause. If we judge the case to be weak at first review, we say so and don't take it on — we don't sell hope.
How long does it take?
For policy-related shutdowns, an appeal usually concludes within days; cases that need identity and business verification can stretch to weeks. We don't set the timeline, so we don't promise dates — but you'll know where things stand at every stage.
Isn't it easier to just open a new account?
In the short term yes, in the long term no. As long as the cause of the shutdown remains, the new account gets disabled too; worse, it can be linked to the old one through associated assets and shut down with it. Every account opened without fixing the cause ends up in the same place.
