Who this service is for

  • «We run ads, but we don't know what they're doing.»Budget spent without proper measurement isn't learning, it's just spending.
  • «An ad that once worked great doesn't work anymore.»Creative fatigue is the most common cause of decline on Meta, and it's preventable: the next winner has to be found before the current one wears out.
  • «We increased the budget, and costs went up too.»Scaling isn't raising the budget. If audience, creative and bid structure don't open up together, costs climb non-linearly.

What's included

01Account structure and measurement

Business Manager organization, pixel and Conversions API setup. An account that measures wrongly learns wrongly.

02Full-funnel architecture

Separate messaging and budget logic for cold, warm and hot audiences.

03Creative testing cycle

Every week new concepts compete; winners get budget, losers retire.

04Creative production

Producing UGC, static and video ad assets — there's no testing without something to test.

05Audience and value segmentation

Audience setup and exclusions based on the high-value customer profile.

06Scaling and budget management

Growing without breaking the profitable core; intervening based on signal, not daily.

How we work

Audit

An X-ray of the account

The existing account, pixel health and past performance are reviewed; we find where the money is leaking.

Structure

Campaign architecture

The funnel is rebuilt: the right audience, the right message, the right order.

Cycle

Test–measure–scale

Every week new creatives compete; winners get budget, losers retire.

An ad's job isn't to get clicks; it's to introduce the brand to the right person with the right sentence — sales are the result.

What we measure

EfficiencyROAS

Revenue generated per unit of ad spend. Read together with scale and profitability, not on its own.

ProductionCreative refresh rate

How many new concepts are tested per month. A tired ad is more expensive than a bad ad.

CostCost per first purchase

The real cost of winning a new customer — separated out from sales to existing customers.

FunnelStage-to-stage conversion rates

From view to cart, from cart to checkout. This shows which step the blockage is at.

Frequently asked questions

Is our ad account opened under you?

No — the account stays in your Business Manager; we get access as a partner. If the partnership ends, the account, its data history and the pixel stay with you — there's no such thing as a migration.

How many creatives do you test per month?

We don't give a fixed number; it varies by budget and category. The rule is this: when a winning concept is found, testing doesn't stop, because every winner has a limited lifespan. The next winner has to be found before the current one wears out.

What happens if the account gets shut down?

We run the appeal process. To reduce that risk from the start, we stay away from claims that skirt policy limits — a short-term bump in clicks isn't worth putting the account at risk.

Take it on its own, or as part of a partnership.

Meta Ads Management can also be done as a standalone project: clear scope, clear timeline, no 12-month commitment. In a full partnership, it runs alongside the other work your brand needs, handled by the same team. We decide together on the discovery call which suits you.
