Email & SMS
You own the list, not the algorithm. Email and SMS are the only revenue channel that works independently of your ad budget — and we build it systematically.

Who this service is for
- «We have an email list but don't use it.»A list without live flows is like a store you pay rent on: the cost is being paid, but it's not selling.
- «We can't reach people who abandon their cart.»An abandoned cart flow is one of the fastest services to set up and one with the clearest return.
- «We send mass emails; nobody opens them.»A brand that sends the same email to everyone is writing to no one. Raising frequency without segmentation burns out the list.
What's included
Klaviyo setup and migration of your existing list and data.
Welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back. Set up once, always working.
The list is split by behavior and value; each message is written for its segment.
Season, launch and special-day calendar, together with content production.
Domain authentication, warm-up and list hygiene. The spam folder is a technical problem.
Marketing consent, consent records and an opt-out path — in your name, by the rules.
How we work
Automated revenue
Welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase — set up once, always working.
The right message
The list is segmented by behavior; a brand that sends the same email to everyone is writing to no one.
Steady rhythm
The campaign calendar is tied to the brand's rhythm; holiday traffic isn't left to chance.
Ad channels are rented; an email list is owned.
What we measure
How much of total revenue comes from this channel. In healthy e-commerce, it's not a share to underestimate.
Revenue from live flows, not campaigns — set up once, it keeps working.
Net growth: new sign-ups minus those who left.
The indicator of whether revenue is being earned by burning out the list.
What you get
- Set of live flowsAutomated flows that are live and generating revenue.
- Segment structureHow each segment is built and which message it receives.
- Campaign calendarMonthly sending plan and its content.
- Revenue reportChannel revenue broken down by flow and campaign.
Which tools we use
Every account is opened in your name and the licenses are yours. When we part ways, the tools and the data stay where they are.
Frequently asked questions
How often do you send emails?
It depends on the category and list health. We tune frequency by watching complaint and unsubscribe rates — an aggressive calendar that brings revenue in the short term costs more in the long run by burning out the list.
Will we land in the spam folder?
Preventing that is technical work: domain authentication, a warm-up process and list hygiene are set up in the first month. We also don't send to irrelevant segments; what hurts deliverability most is repeatedly sending to people who won't open.
How is consent for SMS obtained?
Explicit consent is required. Consent wording, sign-up moment and opt-out path are set up in line with the electronic marketing rules that apply to you; consent records are kept in your name. We don't send to lists without permission — not even on request.
